Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Houses, trade premises and offices for sale or rent, will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
“Actúa” offers you different services to the Energy Certificate of your property. We count with a Customer Service Department that will report you about rates and necessary documentation, and a Technical Department made up of qualified Architects and Engineers to issue the EPC.
What is the EPC Label?
This label represents with a letter and a color code the building’s Energy Efficiency Level. There are seven different levels. “A” letter is represented by green color and stipulates the highest level, whereas “G” letter, with red color, represents the lowest.
The label is very similar to those already used in electrical appliances.
It includes the value of the Greenhouse Effect gases emissions equivalent to the building annual energy consumption. These emissions are measured in CO2 Kilograms. This gas used as a reference for other gases considered by the IPPC.
What does “Actúa” offer?
To hire with a Canarian Company, province, with offices in Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.
Depending on the current characteristics of your property will result in an Energy Efficiency Level.
Our experts will evaluate and make recommendations to improve the rating. These recommendations are complementary to those issued by accredited certification programs.
